New England Colonial Dames attend national conference
The New England Colony Chapter of the Colonial Dames of the 17th Century met February 20 at the Pea Patch in Gladewater. The meeting was opened by President Othodell Smith. After pledges to the American, Texas and Colonial Dames flags, Peggy Nader read the American Creed. Dorothy Brooks gave the national defense segment on “Homeland Security.”
