Gregg County whistle-blower case set for mediation

An old case has reared its head in a whistle-blower case filed against the Gregg County judge and three commissioners. Mediation is set for March 19 in the case filed by Willie Bush, the former Pct. 4 road and bridge employee whose allegations of improper use of county funds reportedly brought down former Pct. 4 Commissioner James Johnson in the 1990s.
