“Basic Design Techniques and Tips” was the program topic for the February meeting of Civic Garden Club. Member David Reeves presented a “hands-on” demonstration of how to create flower designs, giving his time-teste methods as he spoke. Using a variety of containers such as a large silver pitcher or a simple tea cup, he stated may things besides vases can be used.
