Funeral services for William Scott Todd, 49, of Kilgore, were Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at Forrest Home Baptist Church with Rev. Earl W. “Buddy” Duggins officiating. Interment followed at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Rusk County. Mr. Todd died Friday, February 5, 2010 in Kilgore. Arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Kilgore.
