Kinsey to run for KISD Place 6

Jimmy Kinsey, a graduate of Kilgore High School, Tuesday announced he plans to seek the school board Place 6 position currently held by Guy Hargrave. Hargrave, a school trustee for 21 years, this week confirmed that he does not plan to seek another term.
