Howell cautions candidates to follow signage rules

There will be three places on the ballot in the City of Kilgore’s May 8 general election, and a special election for the place of city mayor is expected to be set for the same day. Place 1, currently held by Randy Renshaw; Place 3, currently held by Janice Hancock; and Place 4, currently held by Ronnie Spradlin are all subject to election.
