A splash of South Beach color and Art Deco sensibility is coming to downtown Kilgore. The Main Street Advisory Board gave the nod Thursday to a green and coral color scheme for a façade improvement grant to rejuvenate the building at 106 Main St. that houses Pat Anderson Furniture.
