The City of Kilgore’s annual financial report for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2009 got a clean bill from the accounting firm of Brown, Bronstad, Habenicht & Rosson, P.C. Lynda Newsome presented the report and applauded the city for careful fiscal management that resulted in a $1.319 million change in net assets to the good.
