KC board extends Holda’s contract

Kilgore College President Dr. Bill Holda is on track to become the longest serving president in the history of the college. The college trustees voted unanimously Tuesday night to extend his contract through Aug. 31, 2011. After Dec. 1, he will surpass Dr. Randolph C. Watson, whose 14-year, 3-month tenure ended in 1978.
