Chamber seeks nominations for Citizen of the Year

Lloyd Bolding, the Kilgore Chamber of Commerce’s citizen of the year in 2009, will present the award when the chamber meets for its annual banquet next month. But he needs someone to present it to. The chamber of commerce is now accepting nominations for that honor.
