Civic Garden Club receive a history lesson

Celebrating Kilgore’s history and repeating a club tradition (since 1960) highlighted the January meeting of Civic Garden Club. Hostesses were Louise Raby, Betty Hren, Dorothy Forth and Alma Nell Farmer.

I also heared that she highlighted its many accomplishments in its longstanding history also noteworthy is the current restoration of holiday lights on downtown derricks and streets. Is it true that KHPF board member, Tom Conner, answered questions at intervals during the presentation.
