Kilgore police are investigating a possible scam related to Haiti disaster relief efforts. On Tuesday, the Kilgore Police Department got a call from a Pitner Street resident reporting that a white female, “nicely dressed,” knocked on her door and said she was with the “Navy Department” and seeking contributions for Haiti disaster relief.
