DEAR DR. DONOHUE: I cannot find an answer to my problem. Maybe your readers can help. I started walking a year ago and can now walk five miles a day. What do walkers do to protect their feet? I wear tennis shoes for walking. I have blisters on my back heel and cannot find a solution to stop my heel from rubbing against the shoe or the shoe from rubbing against my heel.
