TOPS#TX1265 KILGORE, the local chapter of Take Off Pounds Sensibly, is getting ready for the New Year and all those New Years' resolutions to lose weight. But before they said goodbye to 2009, they celebrated an achievement of the chapter's Weight Recorder, Karen Hana.
