Facelift for city park nearing conclusion

Improvements at Martin Luther Park are nearing completion — just in time for Martin Luther King day. Jeff Howell, Kilgore city manager, said workers Tuesday were preparing to put down and asphalt walking trail. The trail will be five feet wide.
