I have lost a Christmas gift

I have lost a Christmas gift from Hawaii and the title to a new Pickup simply because the postal clerk put it in the wrong mailbox. Happens that the mailbox belongs to a Mexican who claims to speak no English. The box number was mine before the County changed our house numbers due to the 911 system. I tried to speak with the Mexican to get the mail back to no avail. The postal service of Kilgore did nothing.

How do you know of his

How do you know of his nationality? Just because people are dark skinned and black hair they are automatically called a mexican?????
