Lions get schooled in the mining business

From permits to excavation and reclamation, Lions Club Thursday was all about energy. Rick Hanning, manager of community relations for Luminant Power, presentation a program about how Luminant Power keeps its 35 power plants producing energy for residents of several EastTexas counties, including Rusk and Panola.
