Tenn. woman makes big catch locally

ATHENS — Ever since rains refilled Falcon International Reservoir, TPWD Inland Fisheries biologist Randy Myers has been holding his breath, waiting for the Rio Grande reservoir to start turning out big bass. Myers is now breathing again.
