Rusk Counties progress and growth for 2009

In Rusk County, outgoing County Judge Sandra Hodges reflected on 2009 as a year of progress and growth for the county. A tax abatement granted to the East Texas Treatment Center has benefited the area, Hodges said. “They’re a very large employer now - they employ about 400,” she said.
