Plans for a significant investment here by Halliburton are still on track. Amanda Nobles, manager of Kilgore Economic Development Corporation, said the oil services giant will invest about $80 million in Kilgore. Of that total, about $12.1 million is for construction with the balance in rolling stock. The company will also add 120 jobs here over the next three years.
