Billy Lay, 55, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 9 a.m. in Palestine, TX. He was born and raised in Kilgore, and a rig operator at Pride for many years. He was a great man and will be missed dearly. He is survived by his mother, Maxine Lay; sister, Linda Main; seven children, David, Tony, Jennifer, Dustin, Steven, Chase, Destiny Lay; and six grandchildren.
