ROTARIANS WERE OUT in force, doing their thing at the Christmas parade Monday. THEY gave away about 3,200 tiny American flags – the little ones sized for waving at parades. We’re told that number went mostly to children and that the inventory was exhausted long before the end of the parade route. OUR estimate of the crowd is north of 5,000.
