Get your sled, it’s Snow Hill time

Winter sports enthusiasts will converge on downtown Kilgore Friday night. The Chamber of Commerce’s annual snowhill will dominate Kilgore Street and, at the foot of the hill, a wide range of activities will be available for children.

My understanding is that children have to be 42 inches tall. I've not heard any discussion about riding down with an adult.
