Lighting contest planned

Volunteer judges will be circling through Kilgore on December 13, looking for the best Christmas lighting in several categories. The contest is sponsored by Kilgore Improvement and Beautification Association. Awards will be presented December 16 in the Chamber of Commerce offce.
