Kilgore Police Department Sergeant Richard Stanley has recently returned home after a tour of duty in Iraq with the U.S. Navy. Sergeant Stanley, who serves as the Kilgore School District’s School Resource Officer, was also a member of the U.S. Naval Reserves.
