Wildcatter Estates coming to Kilgore

The way has been cleared for development of a series of duplexes in what will be called Wildcatter Estates. Developer Chris Dunsworthy will build duplexes on 18 lots facing Commerce Street, between Houston and Laird streets. The property is immediately south of the traffic circle.

i am glad to see something is

i am glad to see something is being done with that area of town. i grew up on on spur 101 which is just at the south end of commerce, it was dishearting to drive through that area before it was cleared. glad to hear that it is going to be developed. there is a need for the project, maybe it will spur some interest in some of the other areas of town.
