Gov. Perry Appoints Charles to the 124th Judicial District Court

Alfonso Charles, judge of the Gregg County Court At Law No. 2, has been appointed judge of the 124th Judicial District Court in Gregg County. The appointment by Gov. Rick Perry was announced Tuesday.
