TYLER – A Beckville man pleaded guilty Thursday to federal dog fighting charges in the Eastern District of Texas. Harold D. Stewart, 41, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to engage in an animal fighting venture before U.S. Magistrate Judge John D. Love.
