CHRISTMAS IN THE PATCH

It was a beautiful night on the Winter Elder stage for Deana Covin’s production of ‘A Celebration of Stars’ Thursday night. A performance by KC’s band, twirlers and Rangerettes got the show started, then it was time to throw the switch to light up the stars, (top left photo) as the Rangerette Officers threw the switch, Capt. Dru Dawkins, Lt. Erica Stine, Lt. Rachel Lunsford, Lt. Claire Cumble and Lt. Nicole Ahlfinger. (photos top right clockwise) Mark Fried sang with the Sabine Singing Sensations, the Kilgore Quartet sang, the KC drumline performed, Brian Bittick sang Silent Night, Mallory Burgess sang “I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus”, the Tambourines shook to the music, Allyson Honeycutt, along with other members of the Kilgore High School Hi-Steppers danced to “White Christmas”, John Whitehead and Debbie Dane sang “Up on the Derricks” and Hannah Reynolds sang “Santa Claus is Coming to Town”, accompanied by her dad, Lucas Reynolds.
