CONNIE FAYE WALLACE

Services for Connie Faye Wallace, 71, of Kilgore, will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009, at Corinth Baptist Church in Tyler with the Rev. Robert Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Prospect Cemetery in Overton, under the direction of Cunningham Funeral Home.

Born July 26, 1938, in Smith County, she died Nov. 13 in Kilgore. She attended Kilgore Colored High School. She retired from Pak-Sher after 25 years of service.

Survivors include one daughter, Sandra A. Sanders of Kilgore; two sons, James R. Sanders and Lester E. Sanders, both of Kilgore; two sisters, Mattie Gilbreth, Los Angeles, Calif., and Minnie Ross of Pasco, Wash.; two brothers, Willie Mauldin of Los Angeles and Clarence Mauldin of Houston; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
