28,000 square foot addition going up at Region VII

Officials at Region VII Education Service Center in Kilgore are consolidating operations by moving the Head Start facility to its offices at 1909 N. Longview St. Consolidation, however, comes with a $4 million price tag and a new 28,000-squarefoot addition to the Longview Street facility.
