      Members of the Kilgore High School Class of ’59 held their 50th reunion Oct. 16-17 with 80 classmates attending. Reunion organizers Nancy Reid Brooks and Charlene Hellen Moore both agreed it was the best reunion ever.

Melissa is the daughter of Tina Brown of Groves, Texas, and the late Mark Brown. Her paternal grandparents are Anita and Loren Brown of Arnold, Nebraska.       Sadie Elizabeth is the name given to the newborn daughter of Will and Emily Langston Pahlman of Overton. Born at 8 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, 2009, at Trinity Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler, Sadie weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19 inches long. She was welcomed home by her brother, Nate Carlson, who is 7 years old.
