THELMA WEBB WILLIAMS

Services for Thelma Webb Williams, 86, of Kilgore, will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, at Mt. Zion Christian Church with the Rev. Perfit Atkins officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Born June 17, 1923, in Smith County, Mrs. Williams died Oct. 28 in a Longview hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Annie Lee Cobb Webb; husband, Lester Williams; son, Howard Williams; granddaughter, Leanda Fagan; and sisters, Bezell Johnson, Christine Poole, Lessie Mae White, Evelena Wallace, Wilmer Lee Jackson and Berdell Webb.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-inlaw, Mary Lee Fagan of Chandler, Francis “Flora Lee” and Henry Thomas of Houston, Brenda J. and Ruben Howard of Ft. Worth, Constance Williams and Leslie Williams, both of Kilgore; sons and daughters-inlaw, Christopher and Debbie Williams and Larry Williams, all of Kilgore; 19 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two sisters and brother-in-law, Connie and Ralph Trimble of Houston and Cleo Vault of Kilgore.

Public viewing will begin at noon Friday, Nov. 6, with family visitation until 8:30 p.m. at Victory Funeral Services in Kilgore.
