KPD CITIZEN’S ACADEMY GRADUATING CLASS
 Students of the 2009 Kilgore Citizens Police Academy received their “diplomas” following eight weeks of classes, where they learned about topics ranging from crime scene investigation to SWAT intervention to municipal court procedures.
