Veterans and all citizens are invited to observe Veterans Day during a special program set at the U.S. Veterans Monument at Harris Street Park. The service begins at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11. The program, expected to last about 30 minutes, includes speakers and music provided by Carl Mohn, youth director at Highland Park Baptist Church.
