LIONS’ HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL  (photos, top left clockwise) Chuckie’s Duckies have been a hit for years at the Lions Halloween Carnival, featuring Lion Chuck Maxwell, Shelby Shelton makes a great Tinker Bell, Lion Mike Coston handles the hayride and Dorothy showed up with Toto too. The carnival raises money for the Lions’ Christmas project.
