TROUP — The West Rusk High School Raiders don’t want to celebrate prematurely, but they can smile after an 18-7 win here over the Troup Tigers Friday night. That’s because the Raiders (7-1 overall, 3-1 in District 19-2A) clinched a Class 2A playoff berth with the victory. With the loss, Troup was eliminated from playoff contention.
