Brian Hoberecht, second year basketball coach at Kilgore College, was the guest speaker for the Kilgore Rotary Club on Wednesday. The Rangers are picked fourth in the conference in pre-season rankings, a placement the coach thinks is fair. “You want your program to be respected, to be highly ranked, but I think at this time that the ranking is fair,” he said.
