Kilgore Main Street will host its spooktacular Downtown Trick-Or- Treat Friday afternoon, with costume contests, clowns, games and candy galore for the kids. The event is set from 3 to 5 p.m. along North Kilgore and East Main streets, which will be closed to traffic after 2:45 p.m.
