Carson & Barnes Circus will be in town for two shows Monday, but the location has changed. The Lions Club-sponsored event was to be held at Meadowbrook Park but due to flooding from the past week’s rains, the Big Top will go up at Harris Street/Driller Park. There will be two performances, the first at 4:30 and the last at 7:30 p.m.
