There’s something quite odd about wishing folks “Merry Christmas!” and listening to Christmas music in the middle of October, but that’s exactly what we did Tuesday to kick off the Holiday Trail of Lights in Shreveport. Reps from six cities in two states got together to eat and talk about what each town plans to bring to the holiday table, so to speak.
