Kilgore ISD will sponsor the 2009 Hispanic Heritage Celebration at City Park beginning at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19. The entire community is invited to attend the event, which will include student performers from each campus and a food contest that will be judged by campus administrators and school board members.
