MONDAY HISPANIC HERITAGE CELEBRATION, sponsored by KISD, begins 5:30 p.m. Oct. 19 at Kilgore City Park. Everyone is invited to see student performers from each campus and enter a food contest to be judged by campus administrators and school board members. Bring lawn chairs, your family and food and KISD will provide drinks.
