THE HUNT FAMILY FIDDLERS, an award-winning family of nine, take to the stage at Dodson Auditorium at 7 p.m. Oct. 27. This is the second presentation of the season for the Kilgore Community Concert Association. Admission to the concert is by season ticket and are available at the door. JOHN TILLEY EDWARDS chapter of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas will host a joint meeting with the Tyler DRT on Oct. 21. At 9 a.m. members will meet at the home of Sylvia Kennedy in the Scottsville area for muffins and coffee. A tour of the Scottsville Cemetery will begin at 10, followed by a tour of the Jonesville General Store. Lunch will be at Roseville Bed and Breakfast.
