There will be “Jazz under the derricks” Thursday night when the Jazz Professors take to the stage at the World’s Richest Acre. Sponsored by the Kilgore Historical Preservation Foundation, the free concert begins at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 15 and features college music professors Kevin Kelley, Larry Greer and Mike McGowan, accompanied by drummer Jeff Shelton.
