SABINE VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT will host a National Night Out Fish Fry Oct. 6 at the Liberty City Community Center, beginning at 5 p.m. until they run out of catfish. $10 per plate includes hushpuppies, fries, slaw and drink. Everybody is invited; benefits the fire department. The center is located next to Sabine Elementary School.
