J.T. “Red” Russell scholarship celebrated

The Sabine ISD Ex-Students Association celebrated the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the J.T. “Red” Russell Scholarship on Sept. 19 in the Devall Student Center Ballroom on the Kilgore campus. Louie Jordan, president of the association, said 92 former students and teachers attended the celebration.
