Services for Michael Scott Player, 50, of Liberty City will be held on Monday, September 28, 2009, at 10 a.m. at Grace Baptist Church of Kilgore with Reverends Don Beebe and Keith Wilkerson officiating. Burial will follow at Danville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday evening from 6-8.

I know that this comes a bit

I know that this comes a bit late and I apologize sincerely. I found this out accidently on the internet while searching for something else in The News Herald Archives. I attended school at Sabine, although only for my last year I grew to know and enjoy Michael and Steven. That were two guys that even back then you knew would make something of their lives... Michael was particularly sweet and so kind to me.. We went to a dance together and had a great time.. I just wanted to offer my condolences and to let you know that I was so sorry to hear this news.
