Kilgore High School’s homecoming parade Thursday will be re-routed as a result of the downtown street scaping project. The parade will depart from the Beall’s shopping center parking lot at 4 p.m., proceed a short distance down Kilgore to Lantrip Street, turn right (west) on Lantrip to Commerce Street, then south on Commerce to the old Depot.
