A Kilgoreite is among 23 persons indicted Sept. 17-17 by the grand jury of the 124th District Court of Gregg County.
Odis Ray Austin, 38, was indicted for habitual theft.
Jason Wigley, 31, of Henderson, was indicted on multiple charges that included aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a felon, burglary of a building, evading detention in a vehicle, theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Horace Hensley Jr., 40, of Longview was indicted for robbery.
Christine Lacy Reynolds, 52, of Henderson, and Byron Ellis, 31, of Bullard, were both indicted for forgery.
Two were indicted for aggravated assault: Carolyn Lynn McWilliams, 50, of Gladewater; and Jesse Oquinn, 74, who was indicted on two counts.
Dwayne Patrick Rusk, 39, of Longview was indicted for assault/family violence.
Mark Allen Reed, 28, of Longview, was indicted for improper photography.
Calvin Leroy Ward, 43, was indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. Jeremy Brent Wilburn, 29, of Gilmer, was indicted for unlawfully carrying a weapon on licensed premises.
Otis Ray Daniels Jr., 17, of Longview was indicted for burglary of a habitation and attempted sexual assault.
Those indicted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver were: Shakara Boyd, 20, Henderson; Shawn Ryan Williams, 25, Longview; Sean Trenell Brittain, 34, Carrollton; and Jaclyn Ann McAlpine, 29, Longview.
Indictments for possession of a controlled substance were issued for: Jimmy Wayne Wyatt, 45, Gilmer; Don Paul Rickman, 24, Longview; Tonia C. Johnson, 37, Longview; and Randall Scott Mashburn, 28, Avinger.
Kirkland Stoker, 42, Longview, was indicted for theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Chase Englisbee, 21, Lafayette, La., was indicted for theft over $20,000. Kenneth Leon Brown, 43, Marshall, was indicted for habitual theft.
